2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase at no cost.

After 24 hours, orders enter production or fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
3. Returns & Refunds
Because our products include large furniture and handcrafted items:

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, color variations, or subjective preferences, as natural materials may vary slightly in tone and texture.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Inspect the item immediately upon delivery.

Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Clear photos of the damage

Once approved, we will:

Offer a replacement, or

Issue a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
5. Shipping Damage Claims

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.

Banyanboo is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
